The signage workshop was part of CLUSTER’s ongoing Cairo Downtown Passageways project (see: http://clustercairo.org/cluster/design/cairo-downtown-passages-kodak-passage and http://passageways.clustermappinginitiative. org) towards the development of signage for CLUSTER’s planned re-design of a Downtown passageway, including passageway entrance signage, a framework for signage for the passageway interior, and signage for a planned creative lab. The workshop was held in collaboration with Wajha design collaborative from Amman, with the participation of local Egyptian designers and architects.

The workshop was held in Downtown from December 13-17, 2016.
